These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of synaptation.com and all Synaptation products, including RiffRoute (riffroute.com). By using any Synaptation product, you agree to these Terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some Synaptation products, including RiffRoute, offer paid subscriptions and one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — you'll retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.
One-time purchases (such as RiffRoute's Lifetime plan) are a single payment that does not renew or expire on a billing cycle.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within a reasonable time of the charge in question.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse any Synaptation product — including attempting to disrupt service, reverse-engineer paid functionality to bypass billing, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials provided through Synaptation products are owned by Synaptation or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Synaptation products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synaptation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Synaptation product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
