Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us via Formspree. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle form data in transit.
Hosting and Analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance purposes. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
RiffRoute
What We Collect
RiffRoute collects your email address (for account creation and sign-in), payment information when you subscribe or make a purchase, and usage data (lesson progress, quiz scores, practice activity) needed to run the app.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles all card data directly under its own PCI-compliant infrastructure. We retain only the billing status and identifiers Stripe provides (such as customer and subscription IDs) needed to manage your account.
Account, Data Storage, and Authentication
RiffRoute uses Supabase for account authentication and to store your progress data.
Error Tracking and Analytics
RiffRoute uses Sentry to detect and diagnose application errors, and Vercel Analytics for cookieless, aggregate usage analytics.
All Synaptation Products
Cookies
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our infrastructure providers may set technical cookies required for security, authentication, or site delivery.
Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our products, respond to your inquiries, and maintain business records. You may request deletion at any time; see Your Rights below.
